Accounting Associate

Position Summary
C&C International Group is a dynamic and growing global manufacturing trading company. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting activities (GL, AP/AR, payroll)
• Assist and support the Controller and CEO with financial tasks
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Preferred)
• 3+ years of accounting experience; management experience preferred
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience in international trading or multi-entity environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $55,000 – $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
