Training Location: Cagayan de Oro City
Future Assignment: Outside Cagayan de Oro City

• This position is for applicants who are currently based in Cagayan de Oro City and are fully willing to be assigned outside CDO after training.
• The selected applicant will undergo training in Cagayan de Oro City for a few months while the new operational area is being prepared.
• Once the new area is ready to operate, the employee will be transferred to the assigned location outside CDO. Free staff house will be provided.
• If you are not willing to relocate or stay in the assigned area after training, please do not apply.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Cagayan de Oro City.
• Preferably with at least 6 months of Accounting experience.
• Must be a College Graduate, preferably in Accounting, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related course.
• Must be willing to undergo training in CDO for a few months.
• Must be willing to relocate and accept assignment outside Cagayan de Oro after training.
• Must be willing to stay in the company-provided staff house in the assigned area.
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and other basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and financial records.
• Must have good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be trustworthy, responsible, hardworking, flexible, and work-oriented.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel or perform field-related duties when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Undergo Accounting and company-process training in Cagayan de Oro City.
• Assist in recording and monitoring daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, reports, and supporting documents.
• Assist in cash monitoring, reconciliation, liquidation, and expense checking.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• Assist in monitoring receivables, payables, collections, and other financial transactions.
• Maintain organized and updated accounting files and records.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, and other departments regarding accounting-related requirements.
• Assist in preparing regular financial and accounting reports for Management.
• Report discrepancies, missing documents, or unusual transactions immediately.
• Ensure confidentiality of company financial information and records.
• Upon completion of training, relocate and perform Accounting duties in the assigned area outside CDO.
• Perform other Accounting-related duties assigned by Management.

Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month
