ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist in preparing financial reports, maintaining accounting records, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily accounting transactions
• Support the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports
• Help prepare and release financial statements on schedule
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Monitor and process bank payments in a timely manner
• Assist in tax computations and preparation of tax returns
• Maintain balance sheets and profit and loss statements
• Support reporting on the company’s financial condition and liquidity
• Assist in reviewing and auditing financial transactions and documents
• Ensure confidentiality of financial data and assist with record backup when needed
• Comply with company financial policies and applicable regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field
• With experience in Food Industry
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and general ledger functions
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Willing to work in San Juan City
