Accounting Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant with experience in the food industry to handle daily financial records and support accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, profit and lost, food cost, inventories, BIR Compliance, payroll and benefits)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile cash, bank, and general ledger accounts
• Maintain inventory and cost-related records
• Assist with month-end closing and basic financial reports
• Ensure compliance with BIR requirements and proper documentation

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 2 years of prior experience in accounting, preferably in the food industry
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and BIR compliance
• Must have experience in Payroll System
• Can handle Quick books
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Knowledge of mathematical concepts, accounting and finance topics, tax code and banking principles
• Must be able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Must be a very well organized and responsible individual
• Must know how to build a good rapport with people
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Must be willing to learn and perform more than simply matters of Accounting
• Manage the overall accounting books of the office
• Management of receipts, liquidation, cash advances, accounts payable, check preparations, etc.
• Should maintain a complete and systematic set of records pertaining to accounting matters.
• Review of monthly reports and verifying the completeness of Accounting documents and records.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• willing to start ASAP in Baclaran.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
