Discover the Role As an Accounting Associate in TMF Group you will be supporting our senior professionals on a portfolio of corporate clients for whom TMF Bulgaria provides word class accounting and tax compliance services. In this job you will assist on various tasks such as bookkeeping, payments, documentation, taxes calculations and submissions, statutory reporting.

Through work for various clients from different industries, you will have the opportunity to enrich your knowledge of financial complexities. You will get industry best practice here and be up to date with the latest accounting standards and local legislations (TMF Bulgaria is ACCA approved employer). In addition, our senior experts will offer support and guide you throughout your journey in becoming well rounded accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing the accounting data into company accounting system;
• Bookkeeping of primary documents;
• Preparation of bank transfer orders for clients;
• Preparation of accounting documentation;
• Preparing routine correspondence to various parties;
• Assistance in tax calculations, submissions and various tax compliance and statutory matters

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field;
• 2 years of relevant experience in a similar roles is preferred;
• Good understanding of accounting principles;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
• Strong numerical aptitude;
• Good team player;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
