Accounting Associate

Job Summary

The Accounting Associate is responsible for supporting the daily financial and operational accounting activities of the store. This role ensures accurate recording of sales, inventory monitoring, and proper handling of payments and petty cash. The position requires attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or any related course
• At least 1 year of experience in an Accounting and Finance Department.
• Able to work Monday - Saturday

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Daily Data Monitoring

• Record daily store sales
• Record daily redeemed sessions
• Monitor and record daily inventory consumption based on forms

2. Store Front Desk Accounting

• Accept and process customer payments (various modes of payment)
• Monitor and ensure timely deposit of cash sales

3. Payment Processing

• Record and post received payments under the correct customer name

4. Petty Cash Management

• Handle and monitor store petty cash transactions

5. System Encoding

• Encode promotional prices and updates in the system

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor store inventory levels and movements
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounting & Finance Manager

Pay: Php19,692.92 per month
