Accounting Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Associate with at least 1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience to support our Finance and Accounting team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day accounting operations, manage AP/AR processes, perform reconciliations, and assist with financial reporting and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions, journal entries, and general ledger postings.
• : Process accounts payable and receivable, issue invoices, monitor collections, and prepare billing statements.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with tax-related documentation, BIR/statutory compliance requirements, and compile documents for internal/external audits.
• Support the team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports and expense monitoring.
• Ensure all physical and digital accounting files, receipts, and system entries are verified, accurate, and organized.
• DCoordinate with internal teams regarding financial concerns and perform additional tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager or Finance Head.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or equivalent.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, or bookkeeping.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, reconciliations, and tax compliance concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and accounting software/ERP systems.
• High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
