About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and responsible Accounting (AP/AR) Associate to handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Process invoices, payments, and billing statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and collections.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare accounting reports and supporting documents.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
About you
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related course.
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
- Good communication skills and a positive work attitude.
- Willing to work in Makati City.
