Accounting Associate

ASSIGNED LOCATION

• AFPFC MPC Main Office - Col Bonny Serrano Ave. Cor 18th Ave., Brgy. San Roque, Murphy, Cubao, QC

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any Accounting related courses

• Minimum of (1) one year of accounting experience, preferably within the financial services industry

• Good numerical and analytical skills, attention to details, and accuracy

• Knowledge of applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and auditing practices

• Relevant certifications are highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage

GENERAL FUNCTIONS:

• Process and verify accounting and financial transactions and related documents.

• Prepare, print, and facilitate the processing of check vouchers and other payment-related documents.

• Prepare and maintain checks, journal entries, accounting records, and other financial document.

• Assist in account reconciliation, adjustments, financial reporting, and audit requirements.

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, proper recording, and safekeeping of financial records and documents.

• Ensure compliance with established accounting policies, procedures, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
