ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

The Accounting Associate is responsible for managing financial statements, journal entries, and financial analysis. In this role, you will handle day-to-day financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and support financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing revenues received and dispersed
• Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Receives and dispatch transmittal of accounting documents
• Enter financial data into accounting systems and ensure records are up-to-date.
• Assist in generating financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Report any variances to the concerned department heads.
• Other related task that may be assigned by the management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology
• Strong knowledge of fundamental accounting principles, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Software proficiency, working knowledge on Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, experience in using accounting software is a plus.
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The work will be on-site at our head office, located in Plaza Luma, Arayat, Pampanga.

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
