Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to support our finance and accounting operations. The successful candidate will assist with financial recordkeeping, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of accounting documents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform basic data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Willing to learn, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
