Accounting Associate

The Accounting Staff is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and assisting in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries for daily transactions
• Maintain and update general ledger and accounting records
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Process billing, collections, and vendor payments
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
• Assist in payroll preparation and monitoring
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and BIR requirements
• Prepare schedules and documents for audits and tax filings
• Monitor expenses and support budget tracking
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• With at least 1 year of accounting experience (fresh graduates may apply)
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
