Accounting Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate to join our finance team in Pasig City. In this role, you will play a vital key in handling day-to-day accounting functions—ranging from accounts payable processing and billing to sales validation and inventory trend analysis.

This position is ideal for driven accounting graduates looking to build a strong foundation in corporate accounting, financial operations, and inventory analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Management: Process and verify Accounts Payable (AP) vouchers for non-trade payables accurately and on schedule.
• Sales & Revenue Validation: Review and validate daily sales transactions to ensure complete accuracy and strict compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Billing & Collections: Generate and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner to maintain smooth cash flow operations.
• Inventory Analytics: Monitor inventory movement, track stock levels, and analyze trend data to support inventory optimization strategies.
• Financial Reporting & Support: Assist the finance team with month-end routines, documentation, and operational data entries using MS Excel.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Information System, or BS Accounting Technology or BSBA Major in Financial Management.
• Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates with a strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles!
• Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data management, basic-to-intermediate formulas) and other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook).
• Skills & Attributes: Strong numerical accuracy, high attention to detail, and good analytical skills.
• Work Location: Willing to work on-site in Pasig City from Monday to Friday.

Pay: From Php19,600.00 per month
