Accounting Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process billing invoices, quotations, and payment requests
• Monitor and record daily bank transactions and account movements
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies when needed
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding billing concerns
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Experience in billing, bookkeeping, or bank reconciliation
