Accounting Associate

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyses financial information.
• Reviews financial statements and budgets.
• handles payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax filings.
• Coordinates programs and operations in accounting.
• Keeping up with file systems and records.
• Investigates into and resolving non-compliance issues, account irregularities, and audit results.
• Locate and utilize accounting data to address disparities and issues in accounting.
• Contributes to the creation of new or modified accounting programs, methods, and practices.
• Complete additional work as needed and as instructed by management.
• Maintain the privacy of all information.
• Any additional responsibilities that the Manager, Supervisor, or Partner may delegate at any moment
• Examine disparities and keep tabs on outstanding statement accounts.
• Performing additional accounting duties and helping junior personnel as required or assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related course
• FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!
• At least 1 years of related experience
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Knowledgeable in using Excel, QuickBooks and other accounting related system is a plus.
• BIR Tax filling experience is a plus
• CPA is a plus
