Accounting & Property Administration

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide accounting, financial, property, and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with tax workpapers, 1099s, K-1s, management fee calculations, and financial reporting
• Track K-1s, fees, bank charges, reimbursements, and partnership distributions
• Process contractor payments and maintain accounting and investment records
• Support property tax, lease, tenant, and legal/compliance administration
• Prepare tenant notices, work orders, lease reports, and property tracking reports
• Maintain investment documentation, cash flow schedules, and Access databases
• Assist with charitable contributions, document management, office supplies, and special projects

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi and Access experience preferred
• Experience in accounting, property administration, investments, or a related field preferred
