Accounting Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accounting documents, invoices, and vouchers.
• Record financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Monitor and maintain accounting files and records.
• Assist in payroll processing and government remittances.
• Support audits and compliance requirements.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• ACCOUNTING: 1 year (Preferred)
