Accounting Associate

JOB SUMMARY

Provides accounting support and ensures proper computations, documentations, reporting and the availability of necessary accounting and finance documents for all purchasing and warehouse processes and requirements.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Checks and records daily receiving and issuance of materials

2. Verifies and ensures that the purchase orders, receiving report and suppliers invoice matches

3. Releases check payments to suppliers

4. Maintains accurate files of accounting documents

5. Prepare and submit the Annual Schedule of Inventory

6. Ensures record of manual books of accounts is updated

7. Assist in internal and external audits (BIR,ISO, Audit firm and others)

8. Performs other accounting and finance related tasks.
