ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE Location: AEON TOWERS JP Laurel Bajada Davao City, Philippines

Work Arrangement: On-site

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and responsible Accounting Associate to join our growing team! If you have a strong background in accounting, good analytical skills, and a passion for accuracy, we encourage you to apply.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.

• With at least 1 year of relevant accounting experience is an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Trustworthy, responsible, and capable of handling confidential financial information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting records and financial documents.

• Process invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting transactions.

• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Assist in bank reconciliations and preparation of financial reports.

• Ensure accurate recording and filing of financial transactions.

• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting-related matters.

• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
