Accounting Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor, calculate, file, and facilitate the payment of SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
• Monitor, calculate, file, and facilitate the payment of employee loans with SSS and Pag-IBIG.
• Monitor, calculate, and process SSS maternity, sickness, and other employee benefit claims, including the preparation and submission of required documents.
• Prepare and process payroll computations and conduct payroll audits to ensure the accuracy of salaries, deductions, adjustments, and other payroll-related items.
• SEC Audited Financial Statements (AFS) Filing – File the company’s duly prepared Audited Financial Statements (AFS) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), ensuring timely submission and compliance with filing requirements.
• SEC General Information Sheet (GIS) – Update and maintain the company’s corporate information in the General Information Sheet (GIS), ensure the accuracy of all required details, and file the updated GIS with the SEC annually.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports, schedules, reconciliations, and other accounting-related documents as requested.
• Maintain accurate and complete records and supporting documents for payroll, statutory contributions and payments, employee benefits, and regulatory filings.
• Perform other accounting- and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of any 4- year Business Management Course or any Accounting-related course.

2. Fresh Graduates are welcome

3. Must be willing to be assigned in Bagumbayan, Quezon City
