Accounting Associate

Job Overview

Detail-oriented and motivated entry-level accounting professional seeking an Accounting Associate position. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to accuracy, timely processing, and maintaining confidential financial information. Eager to contribute to accounts receivable, customer invoicing, cash application, accounts payable, and freight invoice auditing while developing accounting knowledge and supporting the growth and changing needs of the department.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Customer Invoicing and Billing Support

· Accounts Receivable and Collections

· Cash Application and Payment Processing

· Accounts Payable Support

· Freight Invoice Review and Data Entry

· Data Entry and Recordkeeping

· Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

· Attention to Detail and Accuracy

· Time Management and Organization

· Written and Verbal Communication

· Team Collaboration and Adaptability

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; a degree is not required for candidates with relevant professional experience.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
