Accounting Associate || Competitive Salary

Job Summary

The Accounting Associate will support the Finance and Accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with daily accounting operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a good understanding of basic accounting principles.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions and financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and monitor invoices, receipts, billing statements, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in bank and other account reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain and organize accounting files and supporting documents.
• Assist in monitoring expenses, collections, and payments.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of accounting documents and transactions.
• Assist with tax-related documentation and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting and financial concerns.
• Support internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary documents and records.
• Perform data entry and ensure accounting information is properly recorded in the accounting system.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks that may be assigned by the Accounting Manager or Finance Head.

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
