Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting Associate to support the Accounting Department in daily accounting activities, documentation, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting activities and documentation
• Handle and monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
• Assist with billing and payment processing
• Perform bank reconciliation and verify accounting records
• Review invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain and organize accounting files and records
• Assist with BIR-related requirements and accounting documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting-related concerns
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in accounting is an advantage
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and bank reconciliation
• Basic knowledge of BIR requirements and accounting documentation is an advantage
• CPA license is an advantage but not required
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and accounting software knowledge
• Willing to work onsite
• Willing to work overtime when required

Employment Details

• Project-based employment for 5 months
• Permanent employment may be considered based on performance and business requirements
