Accounting Associate – Reliever

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounting Associate – Reliever who will provide temporary support to the Accounting team, particularly in monitoring sales transactions, processing invoices, and recording sales-related transactions in SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate sales based on submitted Golf Club Vouchers and ensure timely preparation of invoices.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) for requested advances and commissions, ensuring that computations are accurate and based on approved rates.
• Prepare and issue Sales Invoices for rental and other income of the Company accurately and on time.
• Ensure proper recording of sales cancellations in GIS and SAP and regularly update the sales schedule to reflect cancellations.
• Ensure that all sales transactions are properly and timely recorded in SAP.
• Create and process SAP Sales Invoices.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in accounts receivable, billing, sales invoicing, or general accounting.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented and able to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on a reliever/temporary basis.
