What is the job?

The Accounting Associate (Accounts Payable) is responsible in supporting accounts payable operations with a primary focus on invoice processing, expense management, Concur administration, and AP workflow support.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices, validate coding, approvals, documentation, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage employee travel and expense reports while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain AP records, mailbox inquiries, vendor records, and transaction documentation accurately.
• Administer Concur accounts, workflows, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Support Concur testing, system enhancements, workflow implementations, and process updates.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues, support audits, and improve AP processes.

Qualifications:

• At least two (2) years of accounts payable experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, with a minimum of two (2) years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficient in SAP Concur, MS Outlook, and Excel.
