About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Associate – AR to join our Finance team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate recording, monitoring, and collection of receivables, supporting the company’s financial health and compliance in the food manufacturing and trading industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Record, monitor, and reconcile Accounts Receivable transactions in compliance with company policies.
• Prepare invoices, billing statements, and collection reports.
• Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation of AR records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and external clients to resolve discrepancies.
• Support compliance with government regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting (preferably in FMCG or food industry).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting systems/software.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
