Accounting (Backend Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day backend data operations for clients.
• Upload, update, validate, and maintain client data in internal systems.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, operational reports, and data summaries.
• Perform basic data analysis and identify discrepancies/errors in client data.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support the Key Account Manager with client-related backend activities and data requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Technology, and Implementation to ensure client requirements are met.
• Follow up on pending information and ensure timely closure of backend activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of client-related activities.
• Assist in resolving basic client data-related queries and issues.
• Identify recurring data issues and highlight them to the concerned team.
• Support other backend and operational activities as required by the business.

Accounting Knowledge Required:

The candidate should have a basic understanding of:

• Debit & Credit
• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Invoices and payments
• Ledger and accounting entries
• Basic financial/accounting terminology

Candidates do not need to be accounting specialists, but should be comfortable understanding accounting-related data.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / equivalent qualification
• 1–2 years of experience in backend operations, data management, MIS, customer support operations, finance operations, or similar roles
• Experience working with accounting software, ERP, Fin-tech, SaaS, or B2B platforms will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
