- Prepare and issue invoices, billing statements, and official receipts.
- Verify billing information and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding balances.
- Record and reconcile customer payments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate collection concerns.
- Address customer billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Maintain organized billing and accounting records.
- Assist with month-end closing and other accounting-related tasks.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Accounting Supervisor/Manager.
