Accounting Clerk (AP/AR)

Key Responsibilities

1. Verify and process supplier invoices, bills and supporting documents.

2. Prepare supplier payments and maintain accurate AP records.

3. Perform supplier statement reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies.

4. Assist with monthly AP closing, schedules and proper document filing.

5. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on invoice and payment matters.

Requirements

* Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field.

* 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

* Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable and accounting principles.

* Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems.

* Detail-oriented, organised and willing to learn.

* Training will be provided.
