Accounting Clerk

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Lowell, MA looking for an Accounting Clerk to join their team. This is a temporary, full-time position that is fully onsite.

Responsibilities

• Code and enter AP invoices
• Match invoices to purchase orders
• Follow up with customers and vendors
• Resolve pricing and billing discrepancies
• Process checks, wires, and ACH payments

Qualifications

• Previous AP or accounting experience
• Epicor or similar ERP experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
