Accounting Clerk

Key Responsibilities

· Handle daily accounting operations (AR, AP, GL).

· Cash Flow Management: Update, maintain, and monitor daily cash flow reports accurately.

· Perform accounting duties including data entry, vouchers and maintain proper filing

· Financial Monitoring: Assist in overseeing, reconciling, and tracking AR/AP aging reports to ensure timely settlements.

· Assist to handle full set of accounts

· Ad-Hoc Support: Assist the management team with any ad-hoc accounting tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

·         Education: LCCI Higher Certificate / Diploma in Accounting.

·         Attributes: A fast learner with a keen eye for detail, self-motivated, works independently, good time management, and a strong sense of responsibility.

·         ​Experience: 1-2 years of experience within the leasing industry is highly preferred.

·         Immediate availability is highly preferred.

·         Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills:

· Proficient in MS Office

· Competent in Chinese word processing.

· Practical knowledge of Peachtree accounting software is a distinct advantage.

Language: Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
