Responsibilities:

• Issue sales invoices and monthly customer statement
• Follow up receivable payment schedules with customers
• Proceed receivable payment deposit at bank and maintain the receivable records
• Monitor AP payment schedule and arrange payment (cheques / T/T)
• Data entry

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• LCCI Intermediate or above
• At least 1 year accounting / sales administration working experience in trading field
• Self-motivated, detailed-minded and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
• Knowledge of Envision / QuickBooks and experience in IT industry is a plus
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
