Aswer directly to executive team and operations manager
Filing financial records
reconciling bank statements with the general ledger
Monitor inventory levels to ensure there are no production delays
tracking aged invoice reports
accounts payable, contact vendors when necessary
analyze and reconcile inventory
calculate sales rep monthly comissions
process monthly expense reports
answer phones
process sales order and purchase orders
set up assemblies
quickbooks experience
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
