Hepta Solutions is a Bali-based business services firm providing accounting, tax, legal, compliance, licensing, visa, and business support services to local and international companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily bookkeeping and journal entries for multiple clients.
• Reconcile bank, cash, sales, receivables, payables, and payment gateway transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Review invoices, receipts, bank statements, payroll, and other accounting documents.
• Reconcile sales reports with bank settlements and internal records.
• Record prepaid expenses, accruals, depreciation, and other adjusting entries.
• Prepare accounting data for monthly and annual tax reporting.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized client accounting records.
• Follow up with clients regarding missing documents and transaction discrepancies.
• Support monthly closing and financial reporting in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial statements.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple client accounts.
• Familiarity with Indonesian taxation and Odoo is an advantage.
