Accounting

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Staff with tax experience to support the financial operations of Fabric Living (development & sales) and Lumina (construction). This role will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, financial recording, tax administration, reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting across the company’s growing property development, construction, and management businesses. The ideal candidate has solid accounting knowledge, practical experience in Indonesian taxation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting the wider finance team.

1. Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping
2. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
3. Bank and Account Reconciliation
4. Tax Administration & Compliance
5. Financial Reporting Support
6. Project & Construction Accounting Support
7. Document Control & Financial Records
8. Coordination with Internal Teams and External Parties

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.
2. Practical experience handling Indonesian taxation and tax administration.
3. Experience in property development, construction, or similar industries is preferred.
4. Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
5. Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations, including tax calculation, reporting, and supporting documentation.
6. Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho, Xero, Journal, Accurate, or similar.
7. Good Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with financial data.
8. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
9. Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and deadlines independently.
10. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
11. Good communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency required.
12. High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality when handling financial information.
