📢 WE’RE HIRING – ACCOUNTING STAFF (FULL SET)

📍 Location: Johor, Malaysia
💰 Salary: MYR 3,400 – 4,000/month
💼 Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounting Staff to join our HQ team in Johor, Malaysia.

🔹Key Responsibilities :

• Handle full set accounting and daily accounting transactions.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist with month-end closing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Assist with tax-related documentation and other finance-related matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with full-set accounting experience.
• Proficient in AUTOCOUNT accounting software.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and Malaysian accounting practices.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to be based in Johor, Malaysia.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
