What they need
- Record and monitor daily financial transactions for the hotel and restaurant.
- Prepare daily revenue reports and financial reports.
- Monitor hotel revenue from Room, F&B, OTA, and other income.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform daily cash and bank reconciliation.
- Monitor and reconcile OTA payments and commissions.
- Handle petty cash and operational expenses.
- Assist with inventory and stock reconciliation for hotel and F&B operations.
- Verify invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and payment documents.
- Assist with monthly closing and Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Purchasing, and other departments regarding financial matters.
