Job Requirements / Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. D3 accepted
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Accounting or Experience in manufacturing/trading company is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUP, Pivot, and formulas
- Familiar with accounting software: Accurate, Zahir, SAP, or Jurnal.id
- Understand basic tax regulations and PSAK
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and responsible
- Good communication and able to work with deadlines
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. English is an advantage
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure
- Brevet A & B certification is a plus
Job Description
- Record daily financial transactions and journal entries
- Prepare monthly financial reports, P&L, and balance sheet
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
- Manage invoicing, tax reporting PPN & PPh, and e-Faktur
- Control company budget and cash flow
- Coordinate with auditor and other departments
- Ensure all accounting records comply with company policy and tax regulations
