Accounting

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2. At least 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting

3. Understands basic accounting, the payment process, and how to calculate COGS; comfortable using Excel and accounting software

4. Careful with details, good with numbers, and able to meet payment deadlines

5. Integrity, honest and trustworthy with financial data, and able to communicate well with vendors and other teams

   Job Responsibilities:

6. Manage and check petty cash reports, including reviewing expense receipts and refilling the cash fund

7. Review and assess vendors and their requirements, and check invoices against the purchase order and goods received

8. Create and keep track of the payment schedule and payment-related taxes such as withholding tax (PPh) and VAT (PPN)

9. Calculate and record the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

10. Record journal entries, prepare journal reports, and properly archive payment transaction documents
