Accounting

· Manage financial records, process transactions, and reconcile transport-related costs such as freight rates, customs duties, port charges, and carrier/vendor invoices.

· Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage ledger entries for foreign currency transactions (FX gains/losses).

· Prepare and compile data for tax filings.

· Assist the team lead in preparing monthly trial balances, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial reports.

· Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·  Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

·  Proven experience preparing data for financial reports.

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·  Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and persistent.

·  Proficiency in finance software, preferably Jurnal.id/Mekari and Accurate.

·  Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
