Key responsibilities
- Encode sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Handle accounts payable, including checking supplier invoices, preparing payment requests, and monitoring due dates
- Monitor accounts receivable and customer payments
- Record expenses and organize invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
- Prepare payment summaries and basic accounting reports
- Coordinate with suppliers and office staff regarding billing and payments
About you
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, or a related accounting course
- Experience in sales recording and accounts payable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
- Organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines
