What they need
Role Purpose:
Support BD Team and Finance Receivables in carrying out the responsibilities of the Business Development Department and the point person for all collection related transactions.
Key Accountabilities:
● Update and Prepare Daily Collection Report
● Collect insurance premiums (cash, cheque, online transfers) from policyholders
● Follow up on due and overdue premium payments via calls, messages, and visits
● Assist customers with basic queries related to premium payments and receipts
● Coordinate with agents, underwriting, and accounts teams for policy status updates
● Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
Other Accountabilities:
● Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection and outstanding reports
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
