Accounting Collection Associate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related field.
• With experience in accounting, billing, collections, or accounts receivable is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles, invoicing, and collection procedures.
• Willing to start ASAP.
• Amenable to work in Salcedo Village, 160 L.P. Leviste Street, Makati City

Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Prepare and issue invoices, billing statements, receipts, and collection reports.
• Record, monitor, and reconcile payments and customer accounts.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding billing discrepancies and payment concerns.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely collection in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting-related tasks.

Pay: Php755.00 per day
