Accounting Compliance

Ensures the company’s accounting and financial activities comply with BIR regulations, applicable laws, and internal policies while maintaining complete and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor BIR and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Prepare and review tax returns and statutory reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of accounting transactions.
• Monitor deadlines for tax filings and government submissions.
• Review invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents.
• Assist with audits and BIR examinations.
• Maintain organized compliance records and files.
• Coordinate with accounting personnel on compliance concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in accounting compliance or taxation.
• Knowledge of BIR rules and tax regulations.
• Familiarity with government filings and statutory requirements.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• SAP Business One experience is an advantage.
