Accounting Coordinator

Foodchow is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Coordinator to support our finance operations. This role plays a vital part in managing the financial side of our operations—from daily sales and deliveries to supplier payments—ensuring accuracy, accountability, and organized financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record daily sales and event-related expenses
• Encode and maintain accurate records of delivery transactions
• Prepare and process invoices, collections, and disbursements
• Assist in payroll preparation and validate staff timekeeping
• Reconcile petty cash and liquidations from events
• Handle bookkeeping of receipts such as gas, meals, RFID, and other operational expenses
• Monitor and manage revolving funds
• Assist with bank transactions and documentation
• Support month-end inventory monitoring and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting or any Accoounting related programs.
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot financial discrepancies
• A team player with a positive and responsible work attitude
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Preferably residing in Silang, Cavite, or nearby areas
