Accounting Coordinator

Accounting & Finance Support

Process and maintain AP and AR transactions.

Distribute invoices for approval and prepare payments.

Reconcile expenditure reports and maintain accounting records.

Process cash applications and customer invoicing.

Maintain vendor communications and resolve payment-related issues.

Support payroll processing activities, including timekeeping, temporary labor reporting, employee data maintenance, and employment verifications.

Assist with special projects and other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Retail Deductions Management

Investigate, track, and resolve customer deductions and chargebacks.

Access retailer portals to dispute deductions and upload supporting documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather documentation and validate deductions.

Communicate with customer accounts payable departments regarding deduction disputes and outstanding balances.

Follow up on unpaid invoices and deduction claims to maximize collections.

Prepare reports and analysis of deduction activity for management review.

Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to identify root causes and reduce future deductions.
