What's a typical day as an Accounting Coordinator? You'll be:

• Completing financial reports and maintaining accurate project data within SAP
• Creating Capital Projects in SAP, including AFE creation, WBS setup, and TC coding
• Assisting with setting up Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP and troubleshooting related issues
• Supporting invoicing processes and aiding the Capital Project Team with accruals
• Providing general administrative and financial reporting support to ensure smooth project operations

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• High School Diploma / GED
• Have hands-on experience working with SAP
• Possess strong financial software knowledge and sharp attention to detail
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrate excellent typing, data entry, and problem-solving abilities
• Bring a positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and adapt
