About the role

Numerize AI automates end-to-end accounting for 500+ restaurant businesses using AI. We are hiring CAs and semi-qualified CAs with strong core accounting skills to work as Accounting Engineers — you review and direct the accounting our AI systems produce, instead of doing data entry yourself.

What we need — core technical strength in:

• Accounting fundamentals — double entry, journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, finalization of accounts
• Bookkeeping — purchase and sales accounting, vendor ledgers, expense classification, accruals, prepaid, provisions
• Books closure — month-end close, bank reconciliation, reconciliations (POS, vendor, payment gateway), closing stock, cut-off entries
• GST — returns, ITC rules, reconciliation; TDS basics
• Accounting software — Zoho Books / Tally / any ERP; strong Excel

Qualification (mandatory):

• Qualified CA, or CA Inter / CA Finalist (semi-qualified)
• Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
