Accounting Executive / Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily accounting transactions accurately and in a timely manner, including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and payables to ensure timely collection and settlement.
• Prepare regular financial analysis reports, covering expenses, current accounts, and other key financial metrics.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and timelines.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation and information.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and basic tax accounting principles.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within financial institutions.
• Fresh Graduate will be considered
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB) and Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organisational skills.
