Accounting Executive

Work on-site, Monday to Friday, 10 AM–7 PM at our BGC office

• Handle full-cycle finance operations — record daily transactions, process supplier payments and employee reimbursements, and run monthly account reconciliations for a multinational aviation company.
• Own tax and regulatory compliance — prepare monthly Withholding Tax Returns and quarterly VAT filings, and ensure timely compliance with BIR, PEZA, and LGU requirements (great fit if you already have exposure to PEZA-registered entities).
• Support audits and financial reporting — assist in year-end audits and financial statement preparation, plus month-end closing for multiple entities (OHC, Jetex US, Jetex Ukraine).
• Bring at least 3 years of general accounting experience — a BS Accountancy grad who's solid in Philippine accounting standards; CPA or Certified Tax Technician (CTT) is a strong advantage but not required.
• Communicate confidently in English — you'll coordinate with finance and operations teams across different countries and time zones, so being fluent or conversant in English is a must.
